When creating any kind of art choosing colours and shapes can be tricky. In this episode of Art Journal Adventure we will work with a limited palette of acrylic paints and a range of mark-making techniques to create an abstract background. What to bring: Art Journal Adventure Kit, 2 water jars, scissors, paper towel, wet wipes, glue stick, patterned or word stencils, a white ink pad if you have one
Optional but helpful: heat tool, clips to hold pages down, quotes or alphabet stamps, text or background stamps, extra mixed media paint-brushes, sponges or palette knife.
